Presented here is, from my own point of view, the most accurate description of ‘what is going on with this ‘gang stalking thing ‘. Organized crime groups
……and “criminal elements” from all walks of life use or hire for pay, criminal organized stalking crews to assault “targets” to cover up financial or other crimes.
These criminals “contract” with the covert organized assault crews:
- to silence any potential witness or “trouble maker”, whether real or imagined, that could possibly effect their lives.

There is always a reason someone is targeted and most will know why and who started it, but apparently:
- some victims never know what happened to them, why it is happening or who “triggered” the overwhelming assault.
This is probably because the “trigger event” was irrelevant and meant nothing to the victim, but was perceived as possibly damaging by the criminal(s) involved.

I would see that as a waste of time, thought and money, but I guess some people could be “just that way”. I’ve seen estimates of the number of victims of this type of crime, but nothing I consider credible.
One victim is too many
I wouldn’t even try to guess how many career criminals participate in this. It can’t be many as compared to general populations.
A VERY LUCRETIVE ENTERPRISE
This is a very lucrative criminal enterprise for many of the perp[etrator]s.
- People considered important to the success of a “hit” are offered large “bribes” to become a perp and start “working” the victim.
ADVANCED COMMUNICATIONS
Advanced communications such as the internet, cellphones and voice over internet protocol:
- have accelerated the growth and networking of these organized criminal groups.
Their day to day stalking activities depend on these same technologies plus:
- gps and other hi-tech devices…..
- electronic spy
- harassment equipment.
Law enforcement agencies are aware of these criminal groups and are gathering information on them.
I have not read about a “targeted individual” that would have believed this could happen to anyone, had they not become a victim themselves.
These criminal stalking groups go to extreme lengths to cover every aspect of their “covert” operations. They try to have a plausible explanation for everything.
The crimes they commit are well planned and easy to do but easily deniable.
WELL PLANNED
- A victim might see many work projects in the area, small or large, constant maintenance all around the neighborhood involving new workers you have never seen before. Endless traffic of all descriptions.
- Mobbing activities near your home, on the highway, in stores and on the street. These are mostly perp[etrator]s or all perps in some cases. They will always have a ready made reason to be where they are before they are dispatched.
PIOSONING AND DRUGGING
If you have not been or are not being poisoned and/or drugged, you are not being “gangstalked”.

The mental and physical effects described by most targets are achieved by:
covert poisoning
- using more or less common neruo-interrupters (organic phosphate pesticides),
- psychotomimetic agents (drugs)
- and irritants.
Some of these chemicals are mixed when needed with additives to make them behave in desired ways.
Some are intended to absorb through the skin and others are intended to out-gas. They are not all used in all the described ways.
Some, what I will call irritants, are sprayed on the target and act locally on the skin or spread out slowly with various affects.
One perp[etrator]s will divert your attention while another one sprays from a “breath spray” size can on bare skin behind or where you won’t notice. They always make a noise like clearing their throat so you won’t hear the sound. I caught them doing this too.
Some drugs are mixed with dispersant’s to make them out-gas. These are squirted at or near an isolated target using covert methods. In remote places where possible, constant “Area gassing” is done from neighboring houses.
The perp[etrator]s spent a couple days at my neighbors installing the devices they use to disperse their chemicals. I’m sure they are well hidden but I know I can find them.
These house devices have been refilled on a regular basis since they were installed.
Passing cars/trucks with an electric squirting device are being used, each squirting an out-gassing mixture as they pass by.
These were almost constant for several years and are still coming. On the road perps will squirt “out gassing” mixtures from the backs or fronts of their cars/trucks at your car/truck. When they can get away with it perps even do this while walking past in order to gas the target.
The chemicals will out-gas quickly or slowly depending on their intended use.
The most dangerous assault is the direct assault from a car/truck that has an electrically powered high pressure squirting device behind the grill. These usually squirt pesticide that is intended to stay put and absorb through the skin.
This attack can penetrate thick clothing and is usually done in a parking lot or anywhere they can get close to you in a car.
Be aware of cars pausing near you or “aiming” at you in parking lots. Individual perps on foot will work their way behind you and squirt your lower back using various covert “rigs”. This is what I first caught one of them doing.
The chemicals can be administered by “flipped” coworkers, neighbors, friends, family, local strangers and old or new professional (paid) perps.
Neuro-interrupters have a cumulative effect
- With successive poisonings there is a gradual decrease in cognitive functioning whidh is what is intended by the perps. I read an account of one victim who had been poisoned to the point that he could no longer speak.
A perp[etrator]s will always wait close by to observe the condition of the victim after assaults.
The protection against this is waterproof or impermeable clothing or any barrier that will block what is essentially a “high-tech squirt gun” If the victim fails to protect themselves, they will go down as a result of these assaults.
Some psyhcotomimetic agents
- usually LSD or similar will be applied to surfaces the victim will ordinarily touch, door handles, cabinet drawers, any place in their home, car and places at work.
- Daily vitamins, coffee, shampoo or anything used or consumed on a daily basis is a potential contamination target, especially single use items.
- In the home milk is often contaminated with OP pesticide.
It is obvious if put in any clear liquid because the liquid becomes cloudy. Gloves and clothing might be turned inside out and “treated”. Time to change your cloths, don’t forget to shower.
The perps will start slowly, only contaminating a single item or items they have control over so no evidence will remain in case law enforcement investigates. After they believe they have compromised the victims credibility they will become more active and aggressive with contamination and all other aspects of the “organized assault”.
The following as well as this entire scam may take place over the course of many years.
COMMUNITY INFILTRATION AND INFLUENCE
- Co-workers, neighbors, friends, family, law enforcement and the general public are told planned, consistent lies about the victim/target.
- This will start with law enforcement long before the actual assaults begin.
They do this to “set up” the target, hoping law enforcement will believe their lies and ignore the victim when they first report this crime.
Perp[etrator]s may show a bogus “investigation” file or flash fake badges in the community as part of the scam.
HIRED LOCAL LAWYERS PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS
- Perps might hire local lawyers and private investigators in a ruse to “legitimize” the scam.
- Later the perps will report crimes or trip alarms in the area so the police will have to drive by the target’s house.
This is to make the target believe the police are part of the stalking. They will also pull fake fire alarms for the same purpose.
Ongoing double assault
- While “working” this chemical attack, the perps perform “street theater” around the target.
They hope the poisoned/drugged target will panic, then report and try to describe these bizarre “skits” to law enforcement.
The goal is to :
- create poison and drug induced psychotic episodes, paranoia, and actions that could (the perps will say) appear to be schizophrenic (only if you are not educated about schizophrenia would you believe this).
The perps often launch large drug assaults against a target in public. If the target is effected enough they will report or encourage a bystander to report the target to law enforcement, saying the target is schizophrenic, crazy or psychotic.
Some of the perp[etrator]s are bold enough to say the cops do what they have them do, indicating the perps are making “fools” of and are smarter than law enforcement and the targets. Many in law enforcement are aware of perp stalker tactics now and they would like nothing better than to bust this criminal enterprise or anyone in it.
People in Community Tricked or coned
- Some people in the community are tricked or coned into participating. They are told clever lies about the target
- They may even be deluded into thinking they are doing a “community service“.
If they knew the truth of what they were involving themselves with they would not cooperate willingly.

Others accept money or other forms of compensation.
- Many who know or are close to the target are forced to take part in this criminal scam, it’s essentially “the offer they can’t refuse“.
- Some are set up for various crimes and blackmailed, or blackmailed for any existing secrets they want to keep from co-workers, family, friends or the community at large.
Those close to the target that resist are threatened and poisoned using these same methods until they obey.
- After they are “flipped” they are “coached” by these criminals in their “methods” of assault and supplied with “covert equipment” to topically spray or squirt these chemicals on or around the target or in their food or drink.
- This will be done at every opportunity at the target’s home (at night to wake you up) or away, on foot or in the car.
TECHNOLOGY/WATCHING/PRIVACY INVASION
CONFUSING THE VICTIM
Anywhere the target is or goes the perps will work together, using surveillance, advanced communications, stealth and simple diversionary tactics to draw the target into position for an assault that will not be detected by the general public.
- The perps have their own websites and “shills” to spread mis-information and dis-information on the internet.
- Some pose as support for victims trying to disrupt the actions of those who are really trying to help victims. There are perps posing as victims.
These perps post intentionally “crazy sounding” accounts describing bogus “satellite attacks“ or “advanced electronic weapons” and the ever popular “mind control” which they stretch way beyond anyone’s imagination.
They want to frighten and confuse real victims with a mix of real and bogus information that they hope will be believed and repeated by victims.
These “posers” also try to befriend real targets to gain information to launch yet another attack.
They also will tell targets things like “get out and live your life”. What they really mean is “come out where we can get a clear shot at you”.
I read one victims account that said they knew the man that started their stalking and that the man had a reward poster with the victim’s picture in a target on his office wall. I think the vic said the offer was $25,000. If you’re a target, that will make you think, won’t it. Some credible sounding things about this I read on the internet are gone now, disappeared. I like to think I just can’t find them, even though that probably isn’t the case.
CYBERSTALKING
Cyberstalking, everybody knows what that is or can look it up. Just like all the things these guys do it’s pretty much “business as usual”.
- They take the information they have gathered about the target and present it in a way that is supposed to make the victim wonder “How did that stranger know that“?
It’s the same “directed conversation” stuff they do to targets at stores and on the street.
Well, the internet is a big place and you don’t have to go where people get their “jollies” jerking you around. As a matter of fact you don’t have to go there at all except maybe to do a little business now and then. And you don’t have to share your thoughts or business on the phone or out loud. You don’t have to provide them with information to use against you.
When you have to speak around perps, use only the words you need. If you don’t talk unless needed the perps will just have to wonder what you are thinking.
REALITY OF POISONING CLOAKED WITH MISINFORMATION
Common symptoms (use search engine) of the afore described poisons are attributed to the bogus “secret weapons“. “Electromagnetic weapons” of sorts are real but I have been unable to verify or find credible information on any existing “electromagnetic weapons” as they are described in this strange “internet chasm”.
- Also some of the symptoms described could be attributed to simple harassment electronics and some of the “itching” or “burning” powders that the perps sprinkle in target’s beds.
- They will contaminate your bed with various drugs in an attempt to make you “freak out” while trying to sleep.
GUARDING AGAINST ILLEGAL ENTRY
- Keep the perp[etrator]s out of your home.
- The perps might be able to open any lock that uses a key.
- That leaves some type of combination only lock.
- If you can afford one or more, install them and learn how to change the combination.
- Disable all other entry lock key slots with water soluble wood glue, it can be removed later. Secure all windows.
- At least know if they were inside.
VIDEO CAMERAS
- Video cameras anywhere, outside or inside are a good thing to slow the perps down or keep them away if done correctly.
- Your own well hidden cameras or listening equipment inside might keep them out.
POWDERED PROMOTION OF ASTHMA
The perps also use powders that will cause an asthma-like attack.
Don’t panic, an inhaler will stop it or it will go away soon after you have gotten away from the source.
SIMPLE ELECTRONIC/PROMOTING EAR RINGING

The perps will use amplified high frequency (above human hearing, kind of like a high powered electronic dog whistle) transducers (speakers) to make your ears ring.
- These can be purchased but it’s fairly easy to build a big one with adjustable volume/range.
I have seen this “ear ringing” as well as “body vibrations” associated with the non-existent “satellite weapon” attack. The “satellite to earthbound human attack” is still science fiction at this writing. And perps can purchase transducers of the type used in industrial sonic baths and mechanically fix them with screws to floor joists or wall studs underneath repaired drywall, completely hidden from view of normal inspection. The transducers will make your floors vibrate and probably create heat. They spend a lot of time hiding their stuff in houses or apartments so it won’t be found under simple visual inspection. If somebody really decides to start looking they *will* start finding these things. These tactics are part of the never ending “smoke and mirrors” routine. Apparently the perps get a “charge” out of inducing false perceptions.
MISINFORMATION SUMMARY
This “con-artist information attack” is intended to further psychologically terrify the victims hoping they will react as if “crazy“. After all, that is what it’s all about.
- If the victim fails to protect themselves they have already been poisoned and drugged to what the perps hope is an “excited” state of reduced cognitive ability.
- At this point in time the victim is usually attacked by the criminal’s very real covert weapon.
This is most often done at night because it can be effective at waking you up and keeping you awake. It might also be hard to hide or get away with in the daytime because of sound, size, location, etc.
This weapon was originally developed as a crowd control device by a company called Scientific Applications & Research Associates Inc. of Huntington Beach. It is an acoustic/sonic weapon that will make internal organs resonate.
These effects have been described by victims of these assaults.
The weapon I have seen in video demonstration is based on a combustion chamber that releases multiple ignited fuel charges through a wave guide to produce directional “very low frequency” (below human hearing) waves. These waves at the time were hard to control over distance as a beam but as used it probably doesn’t matter that much. This would most likely be used on a detached house. There are electrical versions of these weapons that use transducers that could be used from shorter ranges such as adjacent apartments in an apartment building. The electrical versions I read about required a very large amount power, were large and only managed a short pluse before needing recharging. These weapons could be greatly improved by now as far as size and power are concerned. The fuel combustion type I saw could be carried by one man. These weapons have undergone some military testing and are not really a secret, but I haven’t been able to find current up to date information (for an old 1997 story, search – U.S.News Wonder Weapons by Douglas Pasternak).
TELECOMMUNICATIONS/BUGS
- Almost all victims are aware their phone and computer are “tapped” or will be.
Information is gathered from every possible source in order to “custom tailor” the many various assaults and “street theater” to the individual.
- This surveillance information is used and intended to give the target the impression of an “all knowing”, “Orwellian” or “big brother” type of situation.
- Some are not aware that using a “hard wire tap” (cutting the wire and inserting a computer interface) that the perps can use computer software to digitally edit your call on the fly.
- They try to illicit angry responses from victims through constant harassing phone calls or even harassing in public.
- They digitally record these and clean them up for later use.
Then when you call someone, usually a service that records calls like a telephone company or maybe even 911, they will :
- cut you off after a completed sentence and seamlessly insert an out of context angry, ranting remark you justifiably made at another place and time.
The more “crazy” it sounds the better.
I can just imagine how they laugh after one of these edits.
They can also use :
- this method to create false recorded conversations to turn people you know or others against you.
Imagine they record a public conversation at a store checkout counter and someone asks about a person you know.
- You say only good things about this person.
- Later in another conversation they ask you about Osama Bin Laden and you say everything but good things. The perps simply switch a few sentences around and clean it up some.
- They have what they want and it is much easier than altering a photograph using “photoshop” and almost impossible to detect.
TINY CAMERAS COLLECT VICTIMS EVERY MOVE
Let’s talk about “covert” (as if anything is not covert) cameras in or around your home.
I have gathered information that indicates that live video of targets in their homes or while being stalked might be “entertainment” content for an internet website or sites run by the perps.
What would really be bizarre is if some people were paying to view this stuff. It is at least viewed constantly by your local perp. You might even be appearing in “The Best of (insert your perp given TI name here)” video of the week. Your pictures and “perp created profile” are possibly on a website for all “perp-ville” to view. Manufactured fictitious information disseminated to all who have the perp web address or it could be passed out in “hard copy”.
Audio bugging?
You bet, they’ll do it if they can and they can.
And just a note here,
- hiring somebody to do a “bug scan” is useless.
- It’s a highly specialized field that takes an experienced expert and any of them worth anything will tell you it has to be done completely covertly because good bugs can just be turned off while a scan is in progress.
I’m sure the perps “just might” know the guy is coming because they already have *you* under surveillance.
If you used your phone for contact that is a fore gone conclusion.
If the bug is in an adjacent apartment, of course they will just turn it off.
And if it is a hardwired bug there won’t be a signal to pick up anyway.
If the perps can’t get inside to “bug” your home they might use laser to window, a parabolic or shotgun mic.
You won’t catch them doing any of those, it’s not impossible to catch them, just highly improbable.
One thing about this scam is that they need to hear your business to work the scam “by the book”.
They can’t do any “directed conversations” anywhere without this information and it’s harder to set up “mobbing” and coordinate “moving surveillance” when they have to guess where you are going.
Outside anybody can pick up voice easily from a safe distance using a parabolic or shotgun mic.
The conclusion is it’s ok to look every now and then for covert cameras or bugs yourself after a little schooling on the subject, but don’t expect to find anything because you probably won’t.
And don’t worry about it, just go about your business. You can figure out If perps are repeating things you said over the phone or something you said out loud in your house or apartment. Where did you say what they repeated? You have control over what you say and where you say it.
CALL REDIRECTION LANDLINES CELL
Don’t forget about call re-direction on landlines and cell phones.
- Know who you are talking to.
- Do you think you called and talked to someone in law enforcement?
- Maybe you did, maybe you didn’t.
- Redirecting calls you try to make to law enforcement is something the perps do.
- They will pretend to be a law enforcement officer and tell you there is nothing that they can do to help.
- And they will make suggestive remarks about your sanity or reputation. They may refer you to another bogus “officer” to “work” you again.
- Always get the name and badge number of officers you speak with over the phone.
- Always identify/verify anyone you speak with over the phone.
- If you suspect your phone is tapped/intercepted/redirected, and if you are being “gangstalked” it will be, don’t use it.
- You can use a random pay phone if you have to.
All victims should report this as soon as they can do so in a reasonable manner. It will never be stopped if nobody ever reports it.
REPORTING THIS CRIME
When you report this crime:
- ALWAYS go in person with well planned information you have compiled including a journal, video, audio, perp names and anything else you can get.
- If you have been “gangstalked” for a long period of time and you don’t have any “evidence” of any kind, just what have you been doing all this time?
- Be organized and complete but brief.
- Don’t elaborate on unimportant every day details you cain’t prove anyway. Don’t go into “gaslighting” details, all the particulars are not important.
- You don’t have to file a complaint against anyone, you are only providing information about a crime.
- Don’t tell anyone you are going to do this.
- If the perps know, there may be a “parade” of them lining up to give you the “treatment” all the way there and even into the law enforcement building.
- Be prepared to do this at any time and when you think the time is right deviate from your normal routine and do it.
You can even make practice runs to check logistics, such as where to park, where to go when inside the building, are there surveillance cameras (big plus) in the parking lot or building. Any test run will also test the Perps reaction. Going by there a few times to learn the area roads won’t be noticed by anyone but the perps.
SOUND DIFFUSSION, BUGS AND TAPS

While at home you can leave the radio or other sounds going all the time to disrupt the perps probable recording activities on some levels. It’s very hard to separate the multiple sounds and I’m not sure that it would end up good enough for their purpose.
The perps don’t have to get into your home to install a “hook switch” or “infinity device“.
- It’s a type of phone tap that after the phone is answered manually or by a machine, the switch on the microphone of the “tapped” phone is “hooked” and remains on after hanging up.
- It becomes an effective listening device that can easily pick up conversations in an average size room.
- This device can be installed anywhere on the phone line between your phone and the local central office. It would usually be fairly close to your home or in your apartment building.
- It can be called and activated for listening from any phone anywhere in the world.
For some, I guess obvious reason, the perps like using these. They can be defeated after a call by unplugging the receiver, the phone or installing an off switch on the phone microphone.
Secure phones that turn off the microphone automatically are available but are expensive considering what little is involved.
- The perps can also sign you up for gps tracking too, they only need a moment with your cellphone to enter a code and you will be just like “one of their children”, tracked everywhere you go with the phone on.
They will use your email or their own to verify the gps account.
If you haven’t already, don’t leave your cell phone anywhere unattended.
If they get your number, which is easy, they will monitor and can redirect/edit your cell phone calls using what is known as a portable base station.
Scanners are used too but are less effective and only for listening anyway. They have or can get all the latest electronics that can be had by anyone.
Always use an ssh2 encrypted stateside vpn service for internet.
Don’t use a server offshore that skirts the law, if a perp does something illegal you want them to be caught.
If you can find a vpn anywhere that is or is said to be a government “honey pot” for cybercrooks, that is definitely the one you want to use.
These perps will work to shut down servers using their bot-nets, if only temporarily. And be aware that even after a clean reload/install of your OS they will try to get the latest trojan, key logger or virus to you in an email attachment from a formerly trusted source. Sadly it might be that cute e-card from a family member or friend. If they have the run of your home it only takes a minute to load “spy” software using a CD or USB memory drive. If you can’t keep them out of you home, back up your data, reload the OS and lock the drives down so they won’t boot on start up. Keep your OS “locked down” or “hardened” against all known attack methods too.
THE REAL BOTTOM LINE….
…..on any communication service is as long as it runs through a wire/cable/fiber that is accessible to the perps, they can get on it. If they’ve “got your number” common cell phones are not much better as far as interception/manipulation is concerned.

CRIMINAL LINEAGE/ORGANISATION
These organized criminal groups have an appointed leader(s) that control(s) everything they do.
- They operate much like a computer bot-net receiving orders, tracking the target and dispatching a stream of perps.

The reason they are getting away with it is because:

It took stalking of well known celebrities and a death before anyone started taking effective action against stalking.
Many people know this is very real and I know it is being investigated.
- There are many laws that can easily be applied to these crimes but no specific laws. A task force is usually appointed to tackle tough crimes, that may be what is needed to address this.

- skits on the street that direct conversation towards the victim, using the victims personal information (street theater)
- baiting the victim to react emotionally or violently in planned and staged situations.
These, all together, can very well tax a person, as well as emotionally and mentally cripple, to extent, one who has been isolated through a widespread, covertly done, slandering campaign. Thus said, evidence points to an underlaying chemical element to these street level harassment tactics, by covertly chemically undermining of the victims psychological well being.
From this author’s own experience:
- chemicals, certainly, and perhaps poisons, are distributed in covert ways, and incrementally, usually avoiding outright drugging/poisoning effects, and having a more subtle effect that is generalised through day and night.
From the author of this blog’s personal account of being gang stalked, what stands out the most are:
- fumigations
- chemically laced items of consumption
- pervasive strong unnaturally smelling scents and odors(clothing, food, drink, bedding, rooms)
It seems only logically, from this, that gang stalking is not necessarily exclusively about using isolation, gaslighting, and orchestrated mishaps to cause someone to ‘lose it’, and become mentally unstable. It is about contaminating a persons life with poisons, chemicals, in conjuction with the street level, workplace harassment.
From my point of view, and my case, these criminals undermine a victim’s psychology through ‘felony assaults:
- chemical substaces and drugs, covertly admisistered in an ongoing fashion.
Personally, the perpetrators have maed it impossible for me to have a non taste corrupted cup of coffee, and perhaps poisoning me with tactics that I have long thought were simply taste and odor harassments.
The entire enterprise is scary, even horrific, in that common people are recruited into such efforts to basically kill someone, by inducing suicide through a slow and incredibly torturous method that include isolation, psychological and moral violence, as well as dugging and poisoning.
To have such activity as covert poisonings/druggings taking place in on going fashions, and involving victims who claim to be targets of gang stalking / terror stalking /multi stalking, points directly towards some sick element in contemporary life.
The media pays no attention, and the United States, as a nation, and its government as well, point to human rights abuses around the world, yet there is an insidious crime called gang stalking, using slander and psychological terror to wreck lives and drive victims to their death, right here in North America.
Do these criminal enterprises have so much power that they have the federal level investigators at a loss as to how they can tackle it? Has the War on Terror, caused such a diversion of attention and energies for domestic law enforcement and the fed, so much that since 2001, this pernicious covert criminal activity, aimed at innocent people, could grow into a ‘lucrative enterprise‘, and skirt the authorities. Are there seemingly law abiding folk, the wealthy or well connected, that use gang stalking to eliminate enemies, targets of hate, or people they see as being a threat?

Bullshit that nobody knows who is doing this. Corrupted members of the local community good old boys, who usually run the local community show, organize and participate in gang stalking for their own mutual benefit(s). The members of the local gang includes local politicos (some at the top of the chain), police, community leaders and high profile types, and private security grunts who enlist the aid of anyone willing to help destroy the lives of their innocent victims. Thank you for posting one of the better gang stalking sites. I am being gang stalked by some neighbors, for at least the past year. The ring leader is my immediate neighbor, a apparently retired cop. Although he’s been my neighbor for 25 years (!), he’s always been a bully, very secretive, and just downright strange. Apparently his many years of trying to make me be afraid of him have come to a head in the last year. He’s had me followed, eavesdropped on my cordless and cell phone calls, performed street theater, and numerous other harassment tactics. I’ve subsequently replaced my cordless phone with a corded one and no longer use my cell around the house. Very inconvenient, but unfortunately necessary. Latest tactic, to stare at me when I’m out. What a weird experience this is.

I am not much into hiding my identity around this anymore. My good name has been bludgeoned by idiots who took vicious gossip and rumors to heart, I think, because of their own inane jealousies and want of drama…I cannot see treating anyone as I was treated in Santa Cruz County. I could never have believed in this, if it did not continue to happen to me. It began in a neighborhood, and I, w/my usual accomodating nature, blamed “voyeurs,” just kids who were otherwise challenged w/below-average. The thing culminated when I ran to local hotels. The footage I got from one of the fans in the _ Inn was the beginning of the end. I had a complete nervous breakdown. I thought I was being punished. It now occurs to me that, as I suffered, and still suffer, someone has joy driven my car repeatedly, they just laugh. The crimes are felonies, and worth reporting. But, as I say in this MySpace thing, for every crime I report, there go probably three more unreported. The hardest thing about this is constantly having to maintain relationships, in a way I did not think about before. I had no idea that seemingly respectable people say, would consider themselves so important that they would receive a call from “the state’s attorney’s office,” w/whatever allegations against me. That actually happened. Rumors are hideous. I had been an extremely private person. Women are involved. that surprised me most. Even if these assholes are sociopaths (today is a bad day, as I have not slept, and despondance again creeps), I have to believe that jealousy, sloth and the other sins have simpllified their already apathetic minds, and these creatures who vicariously live through the torment of say, myself and others, are the core offenders. Human nature is lost. These sluts and whoremongers, extortionists and murderers are cowards. Even if this thing kills me, they are, and they know it, cowards. Because, what am I? I am someone’s daughter. Are not then, their daughters of equal rank, and just as easily marked?
I hate this. I hate that I begged an officer to do something–cocaine or speed had blown from the vents in my vehcile–because my dog passed out, and, if I had driven any further, I would have been involved in some wreck of rumor. But he let me drive along, knowing I had inhaled this crap. I begged him to impound the new car. No. Just go. I did not know what to call all this hatred, and doubted myself, and believed in a few key people who fully complied, until a cop called it recently. NOT a Santa Cruz cop. I think the police do what they can. But, when you lose your good name, you have no good ground. I have regained mine. I would rather die with dignity than be ostersized again. Now, I have people who understand, because I am calculating and laconic. (not evidenced here). My Priest squashed a rumor that tried to follow me into Church. My new neighbors have done the same. I have no respect for those who knew and took part in the vandalism of my car. And I wait. At this point, though, I cannot turn off the anger. I have been a victim for so long. And I am so angry. At lost time. I was no stranger to trauma. But this is indecent. I think, now that I recognize the lowest calliber of cretin involved in this,I am most pissed at myself. I allowed drug addicts and felons and average, sorry-assed sex-addled mountain men to drag me down. People w/whom i have never had affiliation, people who do not interest me in the least. I think I am most mad at myself, that I listened to the hecklers in the stores, that I did not make more of the drugs in my vehicl, that I did not turn people in, because I was listneing say, to an enemy in my camp.
Therapy, yacking out the side of my neck, allowing people to come to their own conclusions by being self-deprecating and encouraging them to doubt me, is one thing. But writing on sites like this helps the most. It is the most confrtonational I can be. This is my name, or part of it, and this every word is just a tiny part of this atrocious truth.
I probably sound ike an asshole. Sleep is a precious commodity. I am impoverished in it, as of late. Thanks for being available.

I would be remiss if I did not add this essential point: The brand of harrassment (excuse perpetual spelling errors) against me has been, going on for 2 years, SEXUAL in nature. The first ___ investigator who took my money w/a “consult,” had only this to say: “Either these people want money, or they want sex.” When we were out of the house, in which, to his credit, he did not reveal to me some of his presumptions, or that I had a case at all, he advised me well on finances. As to sex, another investigator said, rightly, that these people,if they know you’ve had a hisory of drug abuse, will want to get someone into drugs, and flip them, whether that flip be prostitution, or a hustle of any venture. Praise God I did not fall into any such acquiesence. Though, the first man to reallly infilitrate my house did, as stated in this site, instill in me a smokable form of speed. I was not sexual w/him. That would be tantamount to suicide for me. AT least I have enough ego left for caveats.
@ any rate, the work I had been doing, the prank calls I recorded, even the asshole (female) who was on my phone line, actually stole phones, and answered incoming calls or got on the phone when I was using it,a nd called me a “Bitch!” or whatever else came to her drug-addled (probably) mind, are all erased. Oddly, my husband at the time, had the only password to his server. Still, registrations, photos of jewelry, appraisals, every shred of evidence to several things I valued because of family history, all vanished from his server.
But the prank calls and the nature of the harrassment–things that men said in public after a very private and humiliating circumstance from which I will be healing the rest of this mortal coil–is sexual. I have looked at myself as these chldish yet severely damaging and dangerous urchins might, as if they had a right to judge me. Now, in a safer place, I look at the mirrors held via the eyes of concerned neighbors and good people. I do not like the victim I see. I do not like i ceded my power to these pieces of human excrement, as if what they had to say and whomever took it to heart, mattered.
The nature of the harrassment, the actual indiocyncricies of it, is still so unbelievable, even after all this time, and bizarre, I have a hard time putting it to words. But every day of this abuse will run as a tape, PTS, and I will have to survive it over again. I can say, “I already know PTS. I understand flashbacks.” So? Does it give someone the right to mess w/my life? I think also, and this should be obvious to anyone who would give a second to my actions now, that I am daring them to come closer. Because the old crap they peretuate is not working so well. Either I have overcome the chronic childish “gimme gimme attention,” w/these wires inserted in my car, throughout the car, which were uncovered. Or, I just don’t have the energy. Now, if they want my attention, it will take more than smirks in the Post Office or, as a guy who has been creeping around my Monterey home threatend the other day, in broad daylight, in public, “Wait and see what we do to your dog next!…” Then…”Guess who’ll be in yoru car tonight!” None of this is a joke.

I don’t know how someone can claim that you’re not being gangstalked if you haven’t been poisoned. That is absolute bull. If you are being stalked by a gang you are by definition being gangstalked. I’ve been gangstalked but never poisoned. That doesn’t make my experience anything other than gangstalking.

The author just means that contract gangstalking usually involves poisoning, drugging and/or attacks with radio frequency and/or acoustic frequency weapons.
If you are able to go to work, move around freely and are *only* being stalked/followed by groups, you are an exception to the usual case. You are still a victim of organized stalking and I hope it doesn’t expand beyond that.
When I first noticed I was a victim I was only being followed too. That was all there was to it for a while but then the chemical attacks were added to the stalking. After another period of time the electronic attacks were added too. It appears that they keep increasing the level of the assaults if they feel what they are doing is not effective enough. Of course this would be as directed by whoever “ordered” the organized stalking against you.
You may have been or will only be targeted for group stalking by whoever started it, but as you have said, it doesn’t make it any less devastating to you. But you would have to experience constant chemical and electronic weapons assaults to understand the author’s point of view.

I have seen both local and expanded involvement in these group assault activities. Many are apparent “for hire hits” by groups of sex offenders/pedophiles and other criminal groups. While others appear to be fascist craziness somehow related to local and national governments. The lines are blurred between criminals and law enforcement. Are secret societies, post 911 citizens groups, and other organized extremists involved? Are they taking advantage of post 911 or existing government programs to serve their own agendas of criminal behavior? Well, it certinally would not be the first time criminals have taken advantage of the “system” to line their pockets and destroy their law abiding innocent enemies.

Gangstalking is real. It seems people from all walks of life are being are being targeted by someone who wants to get even with them. These people post your name, picture and address and some sort of made up story on the web. This is why victims often notice they are being photographed by strangers for no particular reason. If the target moves they send it to other stalker groups to torment them. The sad part about it is that no ever checks the information is true that is posted about the target. The miss information is started by anyone who wants to get even with the victim. Some of these groups are run as quasi neighborhood watch groups . Their members are given some lie why you should be watched and run out of the neighborhood. These people are duped into believing they are doing a public service. Their members may volunteer believing they are helping the community. When some members start to question the aggressive tacticts used they are often bribed with favors or money. It seems not all members are aware to what level the victim may be harassed or would approve of the methods used. I’ve heard these people meeting discussing who to target and where they will be posted for the day. They may post members at locations where they are likely to see the victim or locations where they think they can keep on eye on things. Local shopping centers, gas stations and drug stores are a favorite. They then do thier best to ruin the vicitms day and report the vicitms daily activities. The vicitm will notice strangers behaving rudely for no apparent reason. They may hear rude comments about them from strangers, or have someone jump in line in front of them everywhere they shop. The object is to wear down the victim by stalking them everywhere they go. None of these things by themselves warrent attention except they occur on a daily basis. If you are targeted for more aggresive stalking you will have your home broken into, your personal property vandalized over and over again and lies spread about you everywhere you go. Modified hand held laser pointers are a favorite tool used to harass victims also. These high powered illegal versions of laser pointers can be made from the laser removed from a dvd player. The plans are all over the internet. These little devices will go thru anything that is not highly reflective including the walls of your house. Be aware that not all lasers make a dot where they are pointed. They can sting your skin and give you a massive headache when pointed at your head. Be aware that these stalking groups post bogus information on the internet. The game is to post bogus stories about aliens and other unbelievable stories so no one will believe the victims of stalking when they report the crime. They want the vicitm to appear out of control and crazy. I believe most of the people who are members of these gang stalking groups would not be participating if they took time to find out the truth about the people they are targeting.

Do you know the web address of any website(s) where stalkers post their bogus information about targets? I have had my picture taken and video made of me more times than I can count. I knew that these “stalking gangs” are using websites to communicate and I visited what was claimed to be one of them, but the information about targets must have been hidden in some fashion.
Any help finding these websites and stalker postings would be greatly appreciated by all.

Thanks for the information. I have been subjected to mobbing.. radio frequency, laser pointing, my home broken into etc. it is very hard to understand if you don’t go through it. it is a form of torture. I went through round no 1 last year. round no 2. just recently. caught me by surprise. I tried to ignore it..denial… but I came to understand what was happening to me. It is a sophisticated form of psychological harassment. I am trying to break it down into facts for reporting and legal reasons. It is difficult to collect evidence, but I will work on it. It is important that the general public and vulnerable groups are made aware that this is happening, as this method works best for these criminals when the victim is caught unawares and becomes disorientated. It is also very successful because it isolates the victim. If i go to the police and report laser pointing, they will think I am crazy, which is the whole point of the exercise.

And I do think Gang Stalking crews could and probably are co-opting citizen/community policing programs. This means Gang Stalkers are great con-artists or have legal and criminal connections.
It is very important for a victim to defend themselves against the lies told in the community and to police by Gang Stalkers. Unfortunately, most people will automatically believe anything they hear. Look at the post on that “Who’s a Rat” site that says -

Thanks for the information. If you want to know what these guys are using and how it works check outh the private investigater equipment sites. Most of the equipment they use can be bought off the internet. I recently removed a gps device off my car. With a little research I found that the gps device is available for a price and can be tracked for free by using google earth so it involves no monthly fees. A cheap way for stalkers to harass and torment their target everywhere they go. These people also have master keys to just about everything so don’t assume your car and home are safe unattended. I was robbed again a week ago. This is organized crime. These crimminal bullies for hire are set up in most towns. One point I disagree with. Victims should carry a small digital camera and zoom video camera and record everything that happens to them. Sooner or later you will be able to get proof. Don’t expect local police to help you, take your evidence to a higher authority or file a civil case to expospe these crimminals.

Don’t expect police to verify equipment that can used for stalking. The two main through the wall imaging technologies are millimeter wave and ultrawideband radio waves. Ultrawideband is being commercially marketed in Ireland. Check out siliconrepublic.com for the article on through the wall radar. Ultrawideband will penetrate brick, concrete and most materials to produce through the wall imaging at a considerable distance. Millivision is manufactued and produced here in the U.S. It is based on millimeter wave and can be used to see through walls also. LADS will also track movement and heart and respirations of a person through a wall. Ir thermal vision will not technically go through walls but will record a temperature differance behind a wall or floor. So it is possible to track someones every movement in their home from outside. Research scientific publications and companies that produce the equipment to find accurate information. It is public information that these technologies are available and are in use by the military, police and fire departments for search and rescue. Unfortunately most of this stuff can be purchased off the internet if you have enough money. How to make stinging and burning lasers can be found on Utube. Revenge sites have the information on how to make sonic weapons. Two states have passed laws against directed energy weapons being used on people making it a felony. So it is a real problem. For information on stalking groups read David Lawsons book on gangstalking. I don’t agree with everything in it but it gives you an idea how these groups are organized. When you make a report do your research first and have your printed information in hand. Its hard for someone to deny the technology exists if you have printed information from a reliable technical site.

i have a strange story to tell regarding phone harrassment.. its kinda related to the gang stalking… I have always been paranoid about my safety (long story in itself) so I never had a public phone or listed number, etc. I’ve always been careful with my address and everything. I work at the library, so one day I recieved this strange call on my cell phone from someone who physically abused me a long time ago… well come to find out he did a look up on some site called Find Someones Phone Number and found out even my address. Now I’m paranoid, but just to let everyone know, if you really want to be anonomous get a prepaid phone, that way you’re name and address is not attatched it… I know its a hassle but thats what I’m going for now.. there are actually some pretty good plans out there. I found this site when I typed in phone harrassment or something like that in google, just wanted to share my story so it could help someone else.

Why would criminals spend their money harassing strangers? What would they gain? What profit is there in it? The only sector of society that has something to gain from developing national scale directed energy weapons harassment and gang stalking schemes are governments. Governments including our own have a long history of testing weapons and developing ways to control our thinking. Criminals are not going after strangers. Criminals hire organizers to go after witnesses to crimes, especially sex crimes in the same fashion that is alleged to be used by governments, the KKK and other criminal groups.
The value of using these methods is the fact that if governments are using them, they provide cover not only for their own operations, but inadvertently for all the rest too.
Criminals also use these operations to provoke “marks” with assets into bogus civil law suites. These same groups can and do run insurance fraud scams too. There are plenty of angles to make profits from these scams besides simply being paid to go after the victim.
Criminals could also “flip” or “set up” their enemies/targets into these alleged government programs if they had the proper connections.
All of these different “groups” could even overlap or possibly cooperate on different levels.
BadExperiment, I’ve read your story and it looks like you nailed what is happening or what happened to you. but I know from experience that it is far too simplistic to believe that “the government” is the “be all and end all” in these organized assaults,
I do know it is *defiantly* the fault of law enforcement and “the government”, that the victims of these crimes are denied protection, their constitutional rights and justice.

This is incredible to stumble on such a sight. I am targeted by some crazy sociopathic people who originally started by the “gangstalking” and our drinks and food were most likely poisoned. I gained a record amount of weight out of no where. Nothing would seem to help. Then my son was being given female hormones most likely through the milk. Turned out one of the MANIACS a female was a registered nurse. When I pulled off of the milk his body returned to normal THANK GOD I think outside of the box, because it could have caused him major help problems.
We have found the camera in the cable box, and witnessed a stranger posing as a cable guy who turned out to be a hacker who had been harassing me online for almost a year. He ultimately put a crazy drug addict with our single neighbor and was attempting bring her drama to our new house. As the situation intensified we connected our brother inlaws wife to the gang of freaks. Then policeman from various surrounding areas began attempting to paint me as the perpetrator when I didn’t even know the people. As I went to the state police so did one of the maniacs the same day. They could hear on my phones the Re-directing of calls happened on a regular basis. It was crazy and thank GOD, that God revealed every move of the maniacs or else my husband would have had me committed.
It’s still going on, the main sociopath moved a Russian POOR family into a house RIGHT next door where they had chased the original owner out specifically for the purpose of using the house to HOUSE his criminal activity. That family now has boats and cars and THINGS and a young teenage HACKER who only shows himself when something obvious has happened and we threaten to GO TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL where one of my clients is an assistant investigator. He is soo disgusting. And now he is freaking out because he knows at some point I MAY GET THE HELP I NEED. The fence that divides our houses is SLUMPED DOWN FROM THEM COMING OVER IT to access our back door. Our back storm door is ripped to shreds at the bottom from him coming in and out some much using a long sharp hook of some sort to pull down the latch. Then they clearly use a key. We began tying the door knob and latch last summer to slow them down, and this enraged them. They would turn and PLUCK my patio chair cushions ripping them, and put a muddy foot on them. Funny too because only the fenced area has dirt so we know they came from that way. Now that we have put a slide latch inside the house they have been so desperate that they are now trying to pull the front storm door bottom away from the frame in a desperate attempt to access the front of the house.
It is crazy. They have effected every electronic thing in the house including my treadmill.
Recently they broke our 2nd outboard motor to our sailboat. It’s really disgusting and I know God will soon contend because it’s time. American’s shouldn’t have to live in discomfort because of the COMMUNIST beliefs of Russians and other’s like the KKK.
Looking at this sight you just added a level of validity to whats been happening.
I thank you so much. We need a website like the one they have and we need to show the pictures of the faces and connect with people who can check license plates, and we need to show their houses and cars, and faces, and names and numbers and the corrupt police and other’s helping them. MAYBE THEN WE CAN GET SOME HELP.
By the way I have no fear, I know they can see in my home, hear in my home etc. and I LIVE MY LIFE LIKE I WOULD NORMALLY DUE. THe only difference is my children are on a short leash.

I am so gladly to have this information about harassment which issue pays me attention about the mood of harassment control in the community. And I have experience on being victim attack of covert poisoning using neuro-interruptess (organic phosphate pesticides psychotomimetic drugs and irritants. A perpetrator will always wait close by to observe the condition of the victim after assaults. I don’t feel exactly affected mentally because of position needle shooting in my head

We’re in a spiritual battle. Targets, keep up your morale and keep up each others morale. You’re doing well, you’re strong. A great way to increase exposure of gangstalking is through backing up other (real) targets’ posts and agreeing with their experiences. The more we targets join together and affirm each other publicly that gangstalking exists the more validity we will gain from the rest of the public. We must band together and realize we’re not alone. Don’t worry. God bless you.

My son and I endured horrific gangstalking from the moment my father died and his executor took over. Finally leaving the area for a long trip out west, we were gangstalked. We were almost run off highways, poisoned, followed, flashing bright lights and convoys- from CT all the way to Washington State, Found GPS in car.We were almost killed at several points (on the highway). This all took place Sept 2006 on…I have a 50 page report……
Things have slowed down, but as I prepare to go public I notice the gs starting up once again.
My son is no longer in contact with me and it has been almost 1 1/2 years. His sister tells me that he does not want contact with me. However, one of his neighbors contacted me after reading my “trying to find….” on several Topix sites- and told me what has transpired since son and I parted. To sum it up he is drinking very heavily and sleeping with a 2 by 4 across his door…..he told them I tried to kill him, then later said I was dead. Sounded very confused……I do not know of situations were gangstalkers were able to come between 2 people who experienced their actions and are really the only people who can validate the experience…..His father and sister believe him and me to be delusional and attribute it to drugs or drinking or just being downright crazy….

i am a target of gangstalking. if you look at profiles and pictures of most targets or victims, you will find most resemble those ‘undesirables’ hitler tried to exterminate (with the help of his mindless minions) during world war 2. the lies and propaganda, for a start, simulate that used during the war.

I’m glad to discover this site. I’ve experienced their extremes and regardless of what city I’ve spent time in, the tactics are precisely the same. Mine started in 1988, stopped for awhile and came back in full force in 1994. I have the names of numerous individuals involved whose names and locations I’ll be happy to post for all to view. I know they’ve done it to countless others, some of which have surely committed suicide as the tactics I’ve experienced would drive many perfectly rational people to collapse or worse.
For the record, I took two separate psychiatric evaluations (recommended by one of the sites on gangstalking) and in both cases, the psychiatrists seemed surprised that I was even there after talking to me for five minutes so I’ve been evaluated twice within the last ten years as perfectly normal psychologically.
A key element is they continuously enter neighboring apartments or homes when neighbors are gone and while the victim is sleeping, they bang hammers, pots, scream obscenities, chant etc. Obviously, someone in their group has locksmith skills as I actually witnessed one of them leaving an apartment below me years ago immediately after I awakened and stepped outside.
In that case, it was a nicely dressed young woman, someone nobody would ever suspect of breaking into an apartment. The neighbor at that time was elderly and when I asked him if anyone had access to his apartment, he said no. Often, they leave no trace of a break in. Of course, with dna testing it’s possible to prove someone has been in the apartment since he lived there by himself for a significant period of time. She as all of them enter and leave at will without leaving any trace of a break in for the most part, the worst being loosened locks.
They’ve layed out candles in front of my doorstep, egged my car, broken my windshield, moved things around in my living quarters, etc. I’ve witnessed numerous displays of “street theater” as well over the years from staged fights to extreme hand signals, etc.
I finally figured it out otherwise I may have given up like so many surely have. My cousins on my father’s side have a huge hand in it, one of which tried to recruit me under the guise of employment when I moved back to Chicago to deal with some family matters as well as one of my so called friends at the time in Sacramento in the mid 90s. Of course my refusal to have anything to do with my cousins spurred them on to a most relentless campaign.
This has been going on since the 80s and I know of one person I came to know who was being subjected to it. He never mentioned a word about it but I could recognize the symptoms as he was a seasoned performer and almost collapsed onstage during a concert.
There is only one peaceful solution. We as victims must ban together and hopefully gain additional support from the countless decent people in the world who find this atrocity intolerable and wish to bring it to an end. It would seem any oppressed group or individual would be extremely interested in stopping this as they will surely be targeted ultimately as this grows bigger than it already is. The faster we act, the quicker we will slow this down and once the pieces start to fall, it will be like dominos as most of them are people who’ve enjoyed the game because they’ve been able to escape prosecution. It’s definitely provable with dna testing as they won’t be able to justify their presence in neighbors living quarters.
The simple and immediate solution is to have as few as two or three individuals working together to ensure each has proper rest and social support. Law suits are a greater immediate blow to them than prosecution as it will expose them and cost them money. While it’s difficult to prove beyond a reasonable doubt, civil suits require far less evidence in the U.S courts and the suit alone will keep them from perpetuating these atrocities to others as they will be concerned about lawyers using private investigators to stalk them. It’s all traceable as far as cell calls that can’t be explained. In my case, there are phone calls, plane flights etc, much of which can be used.
The stalkers are bullies but I know with certainty their worst fear is exposure. Have you seen that individual on the bike hanging out lately? I went to the police twice before I understood it, once in 88 and once in 94, and while the police passed it off as a delusion, the perpetrators backed off temporarily to let the heat die down, then started right back up. The point is, they are the ones who are paranoid. In retrospect, I realized the so called friend I mentioned often asked me if I heard someone pull in the driveway when I was in his house. Prior to becoming involved in the campaign, he once mentioned how easy it was to see through venetian blinds from a distance and other subtle clues I pieced together later.
The best immediate way is to join forces with fellow victims. Their success has always relied on isolation of individuals so that is a key to countering it. It’s a simple matter of working security for each other with cameras as you’ve done and some other possibilities. They won’t be hanging out with more than one camera eye on them and as a group, it will be impossible to call us all crazy when the law suits are launched. One person doesn’t have a chance but it only takes one credible witness to convict someone of a crime in many if not all states so they’ll back off and try move onto easier targets.
I’ll be checking back and continuing to communicate here for those interested in my plan to put an end to the misery they’ve subjected countless productive citizens to often for no other reason than believing some manipulative rumor.
We can stop this at least at the personal level immediately!!!

I am a 30 yr old African-American woman who had been a Police Clerk IV/Index Operator at the Youngstown Police Dept for 8 yrs. During those 8 yrs of service, I endured multiple racial/sexual harassment situations ranging from constant reprimand for tardiness and/or being out of dress code (never for my job performance) to denial of a TAC Operator position promotion in Jan. 2007. After my many verbal attempts to have these and other matters resolved due to the same behavior being overlooked by supervision when practiced by other police clerks, I had submitted a letter of discrimination to Internal Affairs in 2006 to hopefully get the situation(s) handled, to no avail. Sure enough, on Jan. 18, 2008 I was once again called into the Internal Affairs office to be reprimanded for “nodding off” at work and being tardy; which were their reasons for drug testing me the same day.
On Jan. 22, 2008, I distributed another discrimination letter that I composed on Jan. 21, 2008; this time addressing same to the Youngstown Police Dept. Chief Jimmy Hughes, Mayor Jay Williams, AFSCME Union Local 2312, Internal Affairs Lt. Rod Foley and Congressman Tim Ryan (whom is the only one that had personally contacted me to see what was going on in Yo., Oh.). In this letter, I had included pics of a 30+ yrs YPD employee sleep in the Index Operation Room Jan. 19, 2008 and records showing that all employees who had been late on my shift had not been reprimanded for the same such as I had. I also included a dialogue of a racially/sexually demeaning conversation I overheard just before roll call Jan. 20, 2008 including my OIC Lt. Powell and other officers. I also have copies of Capt. Kane and Lt. Powell both from the captain’s office recorded line coercing me to leave dayturn and return from “wherever you came from”.
Due to the fear of retaliation and after receiving no response from anyone, Jan. 25, 2008 I called for a local news crew to come to my home to get coverage of my story with the hopes justice would be served after exposure/investigation. Well, the news crew never showed…but YPD did and pink-slipped me into St. Joseph’s psych ward for “anxiety”. I was transported to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Warren, Ohio Jan. 26, 2008. Once doctors saw the discrimination letter that was brought to the hospital by family members, I was released Jan. 28th. Unbeknown to me, I must have been under such stress, I had began to experience an anxiety attack or a nervous breakdown or something. I began to tell YPD staff that after my letter was investigated, that all of this turmoil would be dealt with expeditiously, I would sue the City of Youngstown and would quite possibly write a book and/or movie depicting my struggles, entitled “WHYpd”. After two days, I was released once my family came up to the hospital with the letter of discrimination and other proof of what I was trying to share with the doctors.
On Jan. 31 while in a video recorded meeting with YPD Internal Affairs (copies available), I expressed to them that I felt demeaned, harassed and discriminated against and would be going to the EEOC and NAACP to take further action. From the meeting, I was escorted to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital by Rural Metro Ambulance where I was held until Feb. 8, 2008.
Since I have been off of work from YPD, I have been working as a managing manicurist/nail technician at the Upscale Salon & Spa in Yo., Ohio. I have also been recording in the studio as featured artist on two tracks on Brainz Davis’ upcoming CD (the former MC Brainz) and am featured in the Prestige Hair Magazine July issue (pg. 74). When this was told to the psychiatrist at Valley Counseling, I was given a diagnosis of Delusion Disorder and Bi-Polar Disorder; which is why I am now on disability separation from my job.
Also since I have been off work, I have filed a complaint with the EEOC Cleveland, Ohio branch and have received my right to sue letter 10-11-08. I have been denied both grievance steps and arbitration through my AFSCME Union Local 2312 despite my documentation that serves as proof of the allegations. I also have audio copies of the grievance meeting where it was determined and stated by Capt. Kane, Lt. Palmer, Lt. Powell, Lt. Foley and Iris Guglucello (Law Director) that past practices were inconsistent and the reason would be “investigated”.
Help! I need some advice. I have counseled with both a Cleveland, Ohio lawyer and a Warren, Ohio lawyer in which neither wants to battle toe to toe with “Mob City” Youngstown, Ohio.
Trust me. This is not only a lawsuit. If this situation gains the attention of Barak Obama and is handled with justice and concern, it would guarantee him all the votes of the African-American citizens who are affected by similar situations here in Ohio. If he cares anything about the votes in the state of Ohio, he will take heed to this once in a lifetime opportunity and put an end to the emotional/mental demolition of our people.

I have been reduced to living in a homeless shelter where the management has been paid off by the stalker groups. This occurs as my grievance against the attorney whom I believe initiated the stalking is being evaluated.
Please pray for me. My adult children have deserted me entirely. My son took all the money the attorney failed to obtain.

thanks so much for this wonderful informative site. i am a victim of gang stalking in nanaimo bc. it has being happening for years; however, the last four years have been intense. my medical and financial information has been revealed and used against me in all the behaviours that the gang stalkers do. the moment of realisation of this behaviour was shocking to me! i too have been filmed, photographed, stalked, called a drugged out prostitute, recieved thousands of calls from strangers and i am currently expereincing work place mobbing. i think one of the perps is trying to flip me with offers of “we will give you anything that you want!” but you know what they can do f. off! i absolutely refuse to harm myself or anyone else and why would i wnat to be associated with assholes who do this? one thing i know for sure is that the creator/god will not be putting up with this ever! so stay strong in your spirituality and this too shall pass! i am standing right beside you! you are not alone .

I am another victim in Delray Beach, Florida. It started when I kindly ask Officer Scott Gregory(Delray Beach Police Dept.) to merely write a report on a brutally beaten lady. Officer Gregory was a little cranky on Sunday morning and decided to act like a bull in a china closet (my home). I ask him to remove his body from my home and have another officer come write the report since it appeared that Officer was too lazy to do the job tax payers ask of him.
The result for me was gang stalking the very next day at my home, at stores, in parks, at the beach, etc. Then my electronic assault began for merely asking a cop to write an assault report.
My experience ditto’s all the rest of the victims nationwide and I see no end in site until I die from the sound vibrations of my inner organs, burning of my skin, lazar and lidar lights that assault my eyes and the assaulting gangs who find it necessary to cause me death because one cop and his chief of Police (Larry Schroeder)decided it was time for me to die.
I was a health 50 yr.old intelligent women who had no previous mental illness. Now I am a fatigued lady dieing a “SLOW AGONIZING DEATH BY DIRECT ENERGY WEAPONS THAT HIT ME ON A DAILY BASIS and keep me sleep deprived every night for 5 years.
Please I ask that all pray for my life.

I’m a TI as well. The people who are doing this have tried everything on me. Moving somewhere else doesn’t help. The only way to fight these people is to expose them widely, and make sure that laws get passed that make what they’re doing a Federal terrorist offense, which is what it is.
To this end, write your congressman, senators, and anyone else who will listen.

WOW !!!!! This is crazy stuff. At last i have some backup to what i’ve been going through the last 2 years. Charater assination, being sprayed with drugs or ?? and drugs on my car handles and home. They even spray my 3 year old boy to make him hard to look after.I’m a single father. The mother works in a casino and has many gang connections.At work,the grocery store the laundry mat.But no one has the balls to confront me face to face. Real tough gangsters.And they yes they have sucked in the police to believe lies and b.s.I now have some information i can take to the union and employer and maybe the news paper next. to all of you who have been affected by these low lifes, do not let them win. Keep your head up and fight.Maybe we need to stalk them a little?
